Hello, my name is Paul Ream and I welcome you to 5th level coaching. My true passion in life is in helping people like you to reach your full potential. With over 30 years of industry experience including Sales and General Management in large and midsized companies, I personally know the pain of working in roles that have not fit my unique talents. Looking back, I can now recognize from my past, numerous people who have struggled and several others who have sailed through life all because of the way they were aligned (or misaligned) within their roles. I also know (particularly after using the tools that I currently use in my practice) the pure joy and satisfaction that comes from finding and building roles that really fit me.
Unlike many business, life or executive coaches, I bring years of successful business and management experience to my practice. This allows me to act as both mentor (meaning we may walk where I have walked) and in executive and personal coaching .
