I have always wanted to help people become who they are. That’s why, after 14 years working as an internal human resource consultant for a non-profit organization and 25 years operating my own consulting company, Lewis Training and Development I have taken on a new role as a 5th level coach. My unique strengths include an ability to see under the surface and discern what makes people do what they do. I have helped thousands of individuals and executives negotiate crossroads in their careers, build their teams and develop their potential. The people I liked working with the most were those who really wanted to grow.
What I found was that most people are helped to grow when their learning connects with their dreams and goals. With the encouragement from some like minded people I decided, “Your dreams count! Never let them go. You can make a difference!” And with the 5th level coaching program I have found a process that empowers people to understand and live out their potential.
It would be my great privilege to be your 5th level coach. The emergence of the authentic you and the productive you, this would be my sacred charge.
